Ceramide is just a kind of molecule which helps to firm up skin, plump up the skin’s collagen and elasticity, minizing the appearance of lines and wrinkles on the skin, including the lips. This is something for the ladies who want to maintain their youthful look and delay the process of aging skin!
Elizabeth Arden has just launched its Ceramide makeup last friday at Takashimaya, and is currently having yummy promotions which I’ll share with you at the end of my blog post.

It’s actually a foundation in rich creamy texture, with moisturizing properties and formulated using the Ceramide Plumping Techonology.
Promises to lift and firm up the skin, minimizing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Provides medium to full coverage, contains Mica and Alumina to blur the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentations on the skin. Mica and Alumina have light diffuser property and are able to reflect the light from environment. This helps to create a radiant glow on the face.
Comes with SPF 15, long lasting wear (minimum oxidation), ensures skin comfort with a luminous finish, and a resulted even skintone.

Cellular Plumping Technology (Acetyl Glutamyl Heptapeptide-1, Hibiscus Abelmoschus Seed Extract), Ceramide 1, 3, 6, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, Advanced Moisture Complex (Glycerin, Sodium PCA, Urea, Trehalose, Polyquaternium-51, Sodium Hyaluronate), Red Clover Extract, Alpina Leaf Extract, Vitamins A, C and E, Calibrated microspheres (treat pigments that deliver precision colour to the skin), Alumina and Mica, Sunscreens (Octinoxate, Titanium Dioxide)

New Makeup Blender
A foundation application tool to be used with Cermide Ultra and Firm Makeup SPF 15.
Measuring 11 cm long (sponge tip to end of handle), and 3 cm long for the sponge tip, convenient to place it in the makeup brush pouches.
Notice the sponge tip is is pointed, this is to ensure even the hardest area is able to blend well with the foundation.
But from what I see, there maybe a huge wastage on the foundation if I am to apply with this makeup blender. I recommend to use this makeup blender specially for some specific areas like the nose, eyes corner, and continue using fingers to blend on the major areas of the face.
[2] Ceramide Ultra Lift and Firm Concealer
A creamy concealer, formulated using Ceramide Plumping Technology, promises to smooth and even out the fine lines, especially on the undereye areas.
Other than firming the elasticity of the delicate skin around the eyes, it also targets on dark circles, saggy skin and puffiness.
With the light reflective ingredients, eye area skin looks brighten up and fine lines and wrinkles are less visible.
The key ingredients in the concealer are pretty much the same as the cream foundation. Difference are highlighted in green font.

[3] Ceramide Ultra Lipstick
Brilliant moisturizing colour which gives a plumping effects on the lips. Rich colours that range from plums to pink, red to neutrals.
Consists of sheer to full coverage, catering to everyone’s preferences. Wide selection of cream, shimmer and pearl finishes.
The NEW Ceramide Ultra Lipstick is really gorgeous! The packaging makes me feel like a Queen! Classy gold case, embossed with iconic Elizabeth Arden Red Door.
I am so going to include this classy lipstick and gold bag charm in my bag!

Key ingredients:
Volulip™ (moisture hold, minising the vertical lines and the lips, plumping effect) , Ceramide 1, 3, 6, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, Tahitian Gardenia Extract, Rainforest Shea Butter, Vitamins A, C and E.
My pick is Shade 20 – Peony, a bright rosy pink with gold pearl for a sweet day look!
I have tried it for a day, love it totally because after application, I can really notice the less visibility of the vertical lines on my lips for quite a few hours.
Moisturizing enough to forgo the lip balms if the lips are very dry.
When comes to a night out, my 2nd pick will be a spontaneous colour, Shade 21, Watermelon, a bright blue pink cream. This shade is slightly darker than Peony.
