Here’s some of my buys, freebies, pressies since sometime ago!

Attended Biotherm Tea Party and got some doorgifts!
Had a small skincare samples exchange with a gf, she gave me some samples from Laneige.
Bought myself a copy of Women’s Weekly to get the GWP which was a Ginvera Jade Eye Roller (worth SGD18.90 iirc?) when the magazine was only SGD3.90! That was sucha great deal!


A friend came back from HK and got me some gifts for me and a few other girls. But as it was my birthday month, I was the first to choose which design/colour I like! And of course, for accessories like these, I chose pink!
 
My house inventory for Etude House Green Tea Nose Pack (If you’ve checked out my review on it, you’ll see how effective this is!) is depleting and I ordered another 30over pcs from Beauty Paparazzi. Was given a sample, Egg White Pack, looks good! I always love their prompt service, fast order taken in, fast payment verifcation, and never fails to update me when my parcel has been mailed out. The best thing is, their prices are the lowest so far!
I received a call from Lancaster one fine day, and was invited to go down for a skin diagnosis.
Upon my skin check ended, I was given some samples prescribed according to my skin type and problems!
On top of that, I was given a PVC bag (picture not posted) too!
 
 
Met a gf and she gave a pack of belated birthday presents!
Inside the pack, I found an eyeshadow which I saw it at Sasa sometime ago and always wanted to try it out!
There’s also a mascara (haha, I now have got ALOT of mascaras, but I LIKE!!), purple eyeshadow from O2 Skin, lipcare from Inuovi, blackhead peel off mask from Etude House and a black eye cream for my dark circles!
 

On the same day while on my way home, I dropped by Etude House and bought the powder puff and eyebrow brush! Got myself a free pen~ I have tried the eyebrow brush, it’s so gentle on my eyebrow skin, good! but for the powder puff, it was too big to fit into my Chanel loose powder. =.=


 
Then another gf of mine was blogging about CU Skin and recommended me to get a sample (through her) to try it out. Hope it’s good! Anyway, if you are interested, check out her blog! it’s all about the free stuff she has gotten! And if you’re lucky and in time, you may get some too!
 
On another day, I attended Touche’s 8th Anniversary Party held at Bar None. It was an event full of pampering for my nails, photoshots taken FOC, served with finger food and free flow drinks, enjoying magician shows!
Everyone enjoyed and went home with goodies bag from Touche!

Happened to be nearby CozyCot Ninkio Store recently and went up to redeem some stuff.

Laneige Eye Mask

i actually went for their facial promotion sometime ago and has used the money paid to redeem the below eye care. iirc, it cost me anout SGD88. so expensive and i was hoping for some miracles on my dark circles!
this eye cre belongs to their white plus renew range.

but sad to say, after using for sometime, i saw no results.
the eye serum is more like for hydration, it has a nice scent, gel-like texture, pretty light on the eye areas, a little sticky though.

Comes with 4 pairs of eyemasks, to be used regularly.
the eye serum is quite a big bottle, can be used for a very long time, great to hydrate the eye areas.
there is a specific direction to follow inorder to use the eye serum.
too bad, it doesn’t help on my dark circles and eyebags.

i went to take part in the recent Laneige Perfect Renew Challenge.
it’s about anti-aging for ladies above 25 years old.
all participants were to submit their photos and wait to be shortlisted.
i was lucky to be of those who got shortlisted and was offered a 1 month supply to try out this new range.
at the workshop, we were explained on how to use the skincare products which we would be bringing them home, taught about the correct massage methods, which product to be applied first before another.
This new range is all about Water Science technology.
two main key ingredients:
1. Ceremaid Repair Water delivers concentrated hydrating benefits
2. Skin Renewal Peptides bring increased anti-aging benefits.


Perfect Renew Skin Refiner [skin refiner with immediate wake-up effect]

it helps the transparent gel to pentrate into the skin, giving the skin moisture and tension.
ceremaid repair water fills up between dead cells and addressing dryness, a cause of aging, and helping effective elements be absorbed deep into the skin.
it contains hyaluronic acid which gives moisture effect as well as strengthening skin barrier allowing the skin to have elastic and moisture state.
Directions:
after cleansing. pump 1-2 times to apply. gently apply along the skin texture

Perfect Renew Emulsion [highly concentrated emulsion with immediate absorption]

ceremaid repair water fills up between dead cells and addressing dryness, a cause of aging, and helping effective elements be absorbed deep into the skin.
biosacharide gum forms a coated later on the outer layer of skin, giving double moisturizing effect. it allows smooth and moist skin everyday.
Directions:
after using skin refiner, pump 1-2 times. gently apply along the skin texture.

Perfect Renew Essence [essence that prevents premature aging]

as snowflakes sliding down, essence with delicate 15 seconds massage treats signs of aging and gives elastic finish.
moist and smoothly applied, but alters to elastic feeling. can feel the synergy effect with easy anti-aging massage.
almond extract, pommegranate extract, cocoa extract cares face lines by giving lifting effect and anti-oxidant effect.
can feel elastic and moisturized skin inside and outside by caring unven skin texture due to signs of aging.
Directions:
after using emulsion, pump 1-2 times and apply onto cheek, forehead and chin.
for cheek care, massage and spread out the essence with inward to outward motion. [drawing 1 below]
massage mouth area to eye area with upward motion and for forehead, apply with inward to outward upward motion. [drawing 2 below]
finish up with palm, lightly presses down face from inward to outward motion. [drawing 3 below]

dual anti-aging eye care treating all signs of aging in eye area allowing bright and smooth eye area.
phytospingosine fermented ingredient, protects eye area from external irritation and helps circulation to care dark circles.
comes in one for day and one for night.

Dual Touch Eye Day Cream SPF25 PA++
brightens eye area by gently absorbing into skin.
gives anti-aging effects by preventing skin aging from UV light.

concentrated gel absorbs into skin caring first sign of aging.

Directions:
Day: apply the appropriate amount at the last step of skincare.
Night: after applying essence, before using cream, apply the appropriate amount.
Pat lightly along the eye area with forth finger.
use spatula that comes together with the product and place in the hole for later use.

Laneige Perfect Renew Cream [cream that instantly prevents signs of premature aging]

low viscous cream that cares first signs of aging.
hyaluronic acid ingredients treats skin dryness, basic cause of all skin troubles, and allows moist and smooth skin.
konjac mannan extract and sugar cane extract give wet compress effect thus making moisturizing barrier.
Directions:
after using lotion (or essence), apply appropriate amount.
gently apply along the skin texture.

Laneige Perfect Renew Sleeping Treatment [a leave-on mask applied before bedtime for an immediate moisturizing effect]

it is a sleeping pack that improves skin while sleeping with moisturizing powder ampule effect
for cream pack, aloe extract gives moisturizing effect, chestnut extract cares dead skin cell.
moisturizing powder is compressed of ceramaid and hyaluronic acid. when applied, powder gets dissolved into cream pack and provides moisture and prevents moisture loss. it also gives silky finish after night care.
Directions:
use it 2-3 times a week, at the last step of skincare.
apply the appropriate amount of cream pack on the entire face avoiding eye and mouth areas. let the cream be absorbed.
lightly pat powder with puff onto face. to optimize effectiveness of ampule, it is better to pat rather than rubbing.
amount of powder usage can differ according to one’s preference since it is a moisturizing powder.
next morning, cleanse face with foam cleanser.

i have tried this sleeping treatment and is amazed by the product. the powder is so fine that we don’t have to worry about clogging the pores. the powder comes with a nice light scent as well.
too bad my trial set doesn’t include this sleeping treatment.

Went for the Laneige Fall Collection Tea Party with a friend at Bugis BHG. by the time we reached there, it was already very crowded and we were standing too far behind to see anything~
we only managed to see the final looks of the model after the makeup session.


 
i am pretty surprised by the doorgift! they were like the travel-sized from GWP!
